BWYV learnings from 2014

Brenda Coutts, DAFWA, talks about the Beet western yellows virus (BWYV) outbreak in canola in South Australia in 2014 at the GRDC updates in Adelaide, February 2015. She outlines management strategies that can help reduce the amount of BWYV.

Brenda joined Jenny Davidson (SARDI) and Paul Umina (cesar) as part of a panel of speakers on BWYV. Their paper is titled Beet western yellows virus (synonym: Turnip yellows virus) and green peach aphid in canola and covers observations in South Australia, BWYV research and GPA resistance.
