Fertcare® Nitrogen Use Efficiency workshops

Applying the right form of nitrogen fertilizer at the right rate, at the right time and in the right place has important implications for crop profitability, greenhouse gas emissions and water quality impacts. The Fertcare® and Cotton Info Team is facilitating a Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) workshop for Fertcare® participants and other advisors working in broadacre cropping.

Based on the latest research, Fertcare® has produced new Best Management Practice Guides (BMPs). A series of free workshops, focused on broadacre cropping, are being held to present these BMPs and bring you up to date with what advisors need to know about emissions management, NUE, soil carbon and more. It will also provide a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues from other districts.
